Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Makes Landmark Debut in Gran Turismo 7
Xiaomi and renowned video game developer Polyphony Digital Inc., a subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc., today announced that the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will launch in the acclaimed racing simulation game Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStationÂŽ4 and PlayStationÂŽ5 platforms, beginning January 29, 2026. The vehicle will debut as part of the upcoming âUpdate 1.67â patch, marking the brandâs first entry into the storied Gran Turismo franchise.

Following the updateâs release at 2:00 PM, players worldwide will be able to experience the prowess of this high-performance luxury car on the game’s virtual tracks. As a benchmark in racing simulations, the Gran Turismo series is globally recognized for its hyper-realistic driving experience and stringent vehicle selection criteria. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra represents a new addition to the seriesâ curated vehicle lineup, following an official collaboration announcement made on June 7, 2025.

Kazunori Yamauchi, Producer of the Gran Turismo series, test-drove the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra on multiple occasions at locations including Beijing, the NĂźrburgring Nordschleife, and Tsukuba Circuit. To ensure an authentic experience, Xiaomi EVâs vehicle dynamics performance team traveled to Polyphony Digitalâs studio in Fukuoka for final driving experience validation.

Moreover, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, powered by an in-house developed Dual V8s + V6s Xiaomi Hyper Tri-Motor system, delivers 548 horsepower and achieving 0-100 km/h in 1.98 seconds. The production version previously set a lap time of 7:04.957 at the Nßrburgring Nordschleife, breaking the record for electric executive vehicles.
