Bistro Aurora
A contemporary Asian bistro that reimagines regional Asian dishes with modern techniques and presentations. It also quickly gained recognition, earning the title of Best New Restaurant in the 2024 Tatler Philippines Dining Guide and a spot in the Tatler Dining 20, a list of the country’s top 20 restaurants.
Brotzeit
A German restaurant chain that brings authentic German cuisine and beer culture to the local food scene. First opened in the Philippines in 2007, Brotzeit features hearty German dishes like sausages, pretzels, and also schnitzels, perfectly paired with a wide selection of imported German beers.
